(More customer reviews)our dog had chewed the orginal cord on my dc 14 vaccum, and i was in much distress with the splice always getting hot, and then while shopping for a new vaccum came across the cord for the dyson. very easy to replace and install the new cord and now my vaccum is like new for less then what it would have cost me at a repair shop,and the fast delivery to the house.
